COVID-19 Update

Walton Art Club will be closed until further notice. We have decided to take a short break due to Covid-19 virus outbreak as a precautionary measure to protect our members. We thank you for your patience in this.

Are you interested in art but never seem to find the time? Would you love to paint or draw but not sure how to go about it? Come along, join in with like minded people, you’ll be more than welcome.

The club was founded in 1960. It’s aim to enable people to enjoy art in a friendly and sociable atmosphere on a weekly basis. At Walton Art Club we aim to help people to enjoy art in a relaxed friendly atmosphere.

There is no vetting so anyone can join as long as they have an interest in art. Walton Art Club meet every Thursday evening during school term times from the beginning of September through to the end of June each year.

The evenings start at 7pm and run until 9.30pm.

Whether you are interested in oils, acrylics, watercolours, pen or pencils, why not come along and give it a try. There is a wide range of skills and mediums used by our members, and there is always someone on hand to give help and advice. We are sure that you will enjoy the evenings and come back for more. And, who knows, you may be one of the lucky ones to sell a painting at one of our Exhibitions.
